Nascent Spirits are the most basic and malleable forms of spiritual energy within the cosmology of Adaris. They are born from the Astram, the chaotic energy of the Primordial Void, and represent the first stirrings of consciousness within the natural elements. Though small and seemingly insignificant, these spirits are the building blocks of reality and play a crucial role in shaping the world of Adaris.

Role in the Cosmos

Though they are individually weak, nascent spirits form the foundation of all things. Every object, force, or being in Adaris is made up of countless nascent spirits, coalescing together to give rise to more complex forms of consciousness.

Nascent Spirits can also bond with one another, evolving into Mature Spirits over time. These spirits eventually develop a stronger sense of self, gaining distinct personalities, motivations, and powers.
