Veshariin, known as the Harmonic Days, is a recurring ceremonial interval observed in Kar-Thal. Rooted in the belief that the stone realm itself breathes in cycles, it's a celebration of Oras and the memory of stone.

Origins and Purpose

Historical records carved within the Ashlar Vaults describe Veshariin as “feast of games." While the games themelves are unknown, these records indicate that Veshariin has been celebration since the early days of Duranthi society in Kar-Thal.

Practices and Observance

Veshariin is observed over a span of four days. During this time:

The beginning of Veshariin is marked by a chime struck in every district simultaneously, followed by a descending hum from all participants. The closing of Veshariin involves a single rising tone by those still present.

Cultural Significance

Veshariin is the most popular festival in Kar-Thal and subsequently Duranthi society. Council sessions pause, archives are sealed, and work suspended.
