Introduction
Ivaié is the second largest city in Balúrail and the capital of the State of Ivaié. Located on Ivaié Bay at the mouth of the Linel River, it is one of the older cities in the League of Balúrail.
Etymology
Ivaié comes from the Boiyende word ivaião meaning river mouth.
History
One of the earliest human settled city in Balúrail. Ivaié was initially a small fishing village.
Geography
Ivaié is located at the mouth of the River Linel, where it meets Ivaié Bay, a protected port on southwest Iowa.Ivaié sits next to the large expanse known as the Palokan Swamp. Famed for its siren-like dangers.
Economy
The majority of Ivaié's economy is port based.
