Introduction
The Minthal Collective is the governing body of the Minthal Mountains Minthari.
History
Due to linear nature of Minthari cities and homogeneous nature of Minthari society, a collective government was quickly established to better serve the Minthari population.
Structure and leadership
Collective leadership changes every few years by vote amongst the legislative members.
