Introduction

The Mifajene are a race native to Balúrail. They currently reside on a reservation, in North-west Balúrail, although some free villages of Mifajene still exist in the far north west.

Origin and Nature

The Mifajene are born from the spirit of the swamp, Tahami. His children were the original inhabitants of the great swamp realm of Balúrail.

Biology and Physical Traits

The Mifajene are fur covered humanoids. The older they get the more ape-like they become.

Their diet consists mainly of fish.

Culture and Society

The Mifajene have a tribal society, originally consisting of numerous small bands. With the coming of the Boiyende they now separate themselves as free Mifajene or non-free Mifajene (those that live on the reservation).

The Mifajene are classified as a low-tech society.
