Introduction
Biulu is the southern most city in the Orinilure Collective. A vital Oinien settlement situated at the junction of several ore-rich tunnels within the southern Orinilure Mountains. It specializes in primary processing of raw minerals extracted from the surrounding rock.

From Biulus the Oinien word for junction.
History
Biulu was founded during the middle phase of the Orinilure Expansion, once the southern tunnel systems had been stabilized and continuous ore flow was established.
