Introduction
The Eastern Highlands are the region of Payalwa located just to the west of the Murzakar mountain range consisting of the foothills of that range as well as large swaths of boreal forests.The Eastern Highlands are largely uninhabited, although recently the League of Payalwa has expanded their territorial control to the newest state of the Green Highlands, as well as the territory of the Murzak Wilds.The largest city is Greenwater, sitting along the coast of Lake Roslan.
Geography
The Eastern Highlands are bounded in the south by the Roslan Hills and in the west by River Cumaro and its tributaries. The highlands are mostly foothills and large uninterrupted forests.The Green Highlands is the only area inhabited by the Morusi around the vicinity of Greenwater, and Lake Roslan., it is the southern border of the Highlands.The large territory of the Murzak wilds is also contained within the eastern islands, but is only populated by small bands of Cundee located along the coastal region.The largest geographic feature is the Rigore Forest, which takes up a large swath of the Merzac wilds.

The only city within the eastern highlands is the city of Greenwater on the shore of Lake Roslan.

The climate of the eastern Highlands is temperate with frequent cold spells and occasional warm spells.
