Age of Ascendance

The Age of Ascendance was the historical period that followed the stabilization of the realm after the War of the Great Erosions and the emergence of time. During this era, Ascended spirits began to take form and assume dominion over Orithel and other regions of the physical realm. As additional concepts emerged from the primordial elements and the earliest spirits, more Ascended beings arose and claimed realms as their own. These spirits often worked in pairs, though this was not universal.

The Ascended spirits both originated from and shaped the realms they inhabited, molding the tangible and intangible elements according to their will. Their influence extended across the landscape, affecting the formation of land, flora, fauna, and other beings. This influence also extended to Ascended entities who either already resided in these realms or arrived later during the Great Migration.
