Introduction

Tarn-Vareth is a deep corridor settlement located at the midpoint of the Deep Road between Yacinţa and Mar-Val. Originally constructed as a temporary waystation, it has since developed into a small settlement used for caravan processing, resupply, road maintenance, and shelter.

Geography

The settlement occupies a wide-cut junction chamber. The terrain is dry and structurally sound. The walls are reinforced with stonework, and the ceiling is fitted with pressure vents and lighting shafts.

History

Tarn-Vareth began as a rotating camp for engineers and supply crews during early excavation of the corridor. Increased traffic and logistical demands prompted the Council of Lavierin to allow for more permanent structures and settlement.
