Introduction
The Council of Lavierin is the ruling body of Lavierin and the highest civic authority among the Arânzeni of Khamria. Composed of six Arânzeni chosen for their wisdom, the Council governs through strict observance to history and memory.
Structure and leadership
The Council is comprised of six seats:
- Three Yacinsains, who maintain historical, legal, and genealogical continuity.
- Three Guzirias, representing the guardians of the city’s structure, law, and elemental stability.
Council seats are held until death or withdrawal.
