Introduction
Ivaiê is the second largest city in Balúrail and the capital of the State of Ivaiê. Located on Ivaiê Bay at the mouth of the Linel River, it is one of the older cities in the League of Balúrail.
Etymology
Ivaiê comes from the Tuzquão word ivaião meaning river mouth.
History
One of the earliest human settled city in Balúrail. Ivaiê was initially a small fishing village.
Geography
Ivaiê is located at the mouth of the River Linel, where it meets Ivaiê Bay, a protected port in southwest Balúrail. Ivaiê sits next to the large expanse known as the Ganze Swamp. Famed for its siren-like dangers.
Economy
The majority of Ivaiê's economy is port based.
