|Introduction='''Orasia''' is a specialized branch of Osia, the ancient art of manipulating spirits and consciousness in [[Adaris]]. Orasia focuses on controlling the nascent and mature spirits associated with the element of earth, primarily drawing from the power of Oras, the [[primordial spirit]] of Earth. Practitioners of this branch, known as Orasiari, seek to attune their consciousness to the earth itself, gaining the ability to manipulate stone, soil, and the physical landscapes of Adaris.
|Principles=Orasia revolves around the manipulation of the earth spirits that form the physical foundation of the world. Like all branches of Osia, the focus is on controlling the Nascent Spirits, which represent the raw, conscious particles that form the element of earth. Orasiari harness these nascent spirits to influence stone, soil, mountains, and the physical realm around them.

Orasiari believe that all matter is imbued with a form of consciousness and that the earth itself can be shaped, moved, and transformed through mental attunement. By aligning their thoughts and focus with the spirits of the land, Orasiari can reshape landscapes, alter terrain, and command the natural world in profound ways.
|Role in Society=Orasiari play an essential role in Adarian society, particularly in agriculture, architecture, and environmental protection. By communing with the earth spirits, they can:

* Shape stone and build structures that resonate with the natural world.
* Command the soil to be fertile, influencing crop growth and the health of the land.
* Protect regions from natural disasters such as earthquakes or landslides.
* Commune with the natural landscape to locate resources or understand the movements of the land.

Orasiari often work closely with communities, helping to maintain a balance between human habitation and the natural world, ensuring that the spirits of the earth remain appeased and the land thrives.
|Spiritual Hierarchy=Orasiari primarily manipulate Nascent Spirits of earth, which exist in raw forms such as individual stones, grains of sand, or minor shifts in the earth. However, skilled practitioners may eventually attune to mature spirits—entities tied to larger and more complex manifestations of earth, such as mountains, forests, or sacred stones.

* Nascent spirits: Simple, malleable spirits that make up the foundational elements of earth. These are the spirits most often manipulated by Orasiari to shift soil, move stones, or affect small portions of land.

* Mature spirits: These spirits are more defined and self-aware, often tied to geographical landmarks like mountains, cliffs, or valleys. Influencing mature spirits requires deeper attunement and greater skill, as they may resist manipulation due to their self-awareness and autonomy.

* Ancestral spirits: Rare and powerful, these spirits are tied to places of great significance or regions that have been revered for eons. Orasiari typically do not attempt to control these spirits, as they are seen as protectors of the land itself, and interfering with them could have catastrophic consequences.
|Training and Attunement=Orasiari view the earth not merely as inert matter but as a living, breathing consciousness. The stones, soil, and mountains possess awareness, and the land itself can be engaged in a dialogue through the practice of Orasia. As such, Orasiari are often considered mediators between the world of mortals and the spirits of the land, ensuring harmony and balance between nature and civilization. Training and Attunement

Training to become an Orasiari requires years of study and practice, beginning with Osial Attunement. Novices learn to perceive the subtle consciousness of the earth around them, honing their ability to manipulate nascent earth spirits. As they progress, they begin to work with larger, more complex aspects of the landscape, gaining the ability to move stone, shift soil, and reshape the terrain.

Advanced Orasiari may attempt to communicate with mature earth spirits, beings tied to significant landforms or regions. This requires not only mastery of mental focus but also a deep understanding of the land’s history, meaning, and relationship with the people who inhabit it.
|Applications and Ethics=The practice of Orasia is essential to maintaining the balance of the natural world in [https://casaorestes.com/Adaris Adaris]. Orasiari are responsible for shaping the land, protecting the environment, and ensuring that the earth’s consciousness is respected.

However, like all forms of Osia, Orasia comes with ethical considerations. Over-manipulating the land or disturbing powerful mature spirits could have unintended consequences, such as causing environmental imbalances or invoking the wrath of Ancestral Spirits. Orasiari are expected to maintain a deep respect for the land and its spirits, using their abilities not for personal gain but for the benefit of the community and the world as a whole.
|In Adarian Culture=Orasiari are often viewed as the protectors of the land. They play a vital role in construction, agriculture, and environmental stewardship, using their powers to enhance the fertility of the soil, build structures in harmony with nature, and prevent environmental disasters.

In Adarian culture, festivals and rituals celebrating the earth frequently involve Orasiari, who perform rites to honor Oras and the spirits of the land. These ceremonies may include offerings of stone, soil, or crops, asking the spirits for continued harmony and prosperity.
