Introduction

Leban is the second largest city in Payalwa and the capital of the State of Leban. Located on Leban Bay at the mouth of the Linel River, it is one of the older cities in the League of Payalwa.

History

One of the earliest human settled city in Payalwa. Leban was initially a small fishing village.

Geography

Leban is located at the mouth of the River Linel, where it meets Leban Bay, a protected port on southwest Iowa.Leban sits next to the large expanse known as the Singing Swamp. Famed for its siren-like dangers.
