Early Inhabitants
Payalwa was originally inhabited by the race of Olsendi, a small swamp adapted otter like creature who lived in small swampy villages scattered around the Payalwa lowlands. Olsendi society is denctralized and tribal in nature.
Human Migration and the Morusi
When humans migrated to the area, they eventually becoming the Morusi, their skin and eyes quickly adapting to the nature of their swampy home.
