Introduction
Leban is the largest city in Payalwa and the capital of the State of Leban. Located on Leban Bay at the mouth of the Linel River, it is one of the older cities in the League of Payalwa.
Geography
Leban is located at the mouth of the River Linel, where it meets Leban Bay, a protected port on southwest Iowa.Leban sits next to the large expanse known as the Singing Swamp. Famed for its siren-like dangers.
