|Introduction=The '''League of Payalwa''' is a country in the realm of [[Payalwa]] on the continent of [[Elemara]]. It has a population of 1.5 million. Its largest city is [[Leban]], and its capital is [[Harrowmere]]. Human settlement in Payalwa dates back to around the year 200 of the modern era.

|History=The Stratocracy arouse from the revolutionary movement against the [[Kingdom of Constel]] in 645 M.E. While originally a republican movement, the military has maintained control over the government since its founding.
|Goverment and Politics=The Sirel Stratocracy is subdivded into three administrative districts, the [[South Coast]], [[Ennis]], and [[Thraven]]. The South Coast is run by the admiral of the navy, Eniis the general of the Calvary and Thraven the general of the Army. All three report to the grand general.


The early days of the league were mostly conquest of the entire realm of Payalwa , with particular emphasis on subjugating the native [[Olsendi]] population.
The grand general is currently [[Bagenal Perry]] who rules with the consultation of the leaders of the army, navy and cavalry.
|Goverment and Politics=The League is controlled by a secret society known as the Society of Truth. Membership in the society is secret and fiercely protected. Day-to-day governing falls on individual governors, mayors, and village councils, all appointed by the society. None of the public figures hold any real power in the government.
 
 
The league contains four main states: Trael, Laban, Green Highlands, and Falanga, as well as one territory, the [[Murzak Wilds]], and one semi-sovereign region, the Olsendi Reservation.

Located on the west central coast, Trael is a region centered along the coast with the major port city of Trael along with the naval base of Fort Rebe and the smaller port town of Prato. Trael is also hime to numerous bogs and lakes including the large lakes of Tatubi and Gale.

Located in east, the Green Highlands are the most recently settled region of Payalwa. The city of Greenwater, nestled on the shore of Lake Roslan and the Murkzakar range. The Green Highlands are often mist covered and rainy and contain the sources for most of the rivers that feed the Payalwa lowlands.

Located in southern Payalwa, Falanga contains the capital city of Harrowmere along with numerous swamps and lakes. Bordered by the Roslan hills in the north and the Murzakar range in the east, Falanga is a populous region with numerous ports scattered along the coast. The interior is sparely population.

An unsettled region in the north east. Home to the remaining Olsendi villages that aren't located on the reservation. Most of the region is dense forests, large lakes and misty mountains.
