Introduction
The Society of Truth is a secret society in charge of the League of Payalwa. The Society's membership is a closely guarded secret. The society controls all manner of government in the League, including assigning governors and mayors, along with control over the military. Public figures are not members of the society, just appointed by them and given orders.
