|Geography=The wilds consist mostly of rolling hills and rugged terrain. Numerous small rivers carve their way through the landscape. The Tagore Forest in the northwest of the territory is the densest population in one of the larger forests in Payalwa. All of the Free Olsendi cities surround this forest in the small river valley that encompasses the region.
|Introduction=Ivaiê is a state in the southwest of the League of Balúrail, covering the peninsula between the Ginquil Swamp and the Diate River. Its capital and largest city is Ivaiê. With about 580,000 people, it is the second most populous division of the League, after Gostiria.
|Etymology=The state is named after its major city, Ivaiê. The word itself comes from the Tuzquês word ivaião, meaning "river mouth".
|History=Ivaiê was founded in 285 ME as a fishing village, while the settlements of Balúrail were still colonial towns of the Kingdom of Bóinbile. At independence in 289 ME, Ivaiê was chartered as one of the original states of the League. Arrêr was founded in 295 ME at the mouth of the Goim River.

Climate
In the First Mifajene War, c. 320–342 ME, the Tuzquão took the southern and coastal lowlands, including most of Ivaiê, from the Mifajene. After the Second Mifajene War, c. 590–612 ME, the remaining Mifajene came under League rule, and in 704 ME they were moved onto the Mifajene Reservation to the north.
The rest of Payalwa, the climate in the wilds is temperate with cold winters and hot summers. The coast is a bit warmer than much of the rest of Payalwa, but not by much.
|Geography=Ivaiê covers 52,768 mi² (136,668 km²) of the Western Lowlands. The Ganze Swamp, the largest swamp in Balúrail, surrounds the capital and is known for the sound of the wind moving through its plants. The Belargae Swamp lies between Ivaiê and Arrêr, and the Ginquil Swamp forms the border with Ezinco. The Donal Hills rise in the interior, Lake Tatube, Lake Ante, Lake Donal and Lake Muira lie inland, and the Ubirato Forest covers the east of the state.

Flora
The Linel River reaches the sea at Ivaiê, the Goim flows from Lake Ante to Arrêr on Castas Bay, and the Gal River flows from Lake Donal. The state borders Gostiria to the east along the western channel of the Diate, Gurverde to the northeast along the Cumaro, and Ezinco to the north.

|Goverment and Politcs=Ivaiê is led by a governor, currently Teodoro Gama. Fort Lebue, a naval station, stands on Rebe Bay near Arrêr.
|Economy=Ivaiê's economy rests on trade through its two ports, Ivaiê and Arrêr. At Arrêr goods are transferred between seagoing ships and river barges on the Goim. Fishing and peat cutting are common trades, and the valley of the Linel between Ivaiê and Lupo is densely settled farmland.
|Demographics=Ivaiê has about 580,000 inhabitants, nearly all of them Tuzquão. About half live in its cities, most of them in the Linel valley and on the coast. There is no significant Mifajene population.

|Transportation=Roads link the coast and the Linel valley, from Arrêr through Chenerro and Ivaiê to Lourense and Lupo. There are no railways. Seagoing ships use the protected harbor on Ivaiê Bay and the port of Arrêr on Castas Bay, and river barges carry goods up the Goim.
|Culture=The House of Mavai stands east of the capital, and Mavai has been the main spiritual influence on the Tuzquão of Ivaiê since their arrival. Lourense is the birthplace of the explorer Gir Onzirro.
