Nature and Influence:	Naamatal is one of the ascendant spirits of the grand city of Hilisare. She represents urban life and structure. While she exists in some facet in all cities across Dalel, her primary influence is in the city-state of Hilisare, the largest city in the land. The city's size is a direct reflection of her power, or her power is a reflection of the city's size. This is one of the great philosophical debates concerning her nature.
