When the [[Oinien]] settled Orinilure in 150 ME, many places already bore Himojan names, and these remained in use.<br /> |Distribution=Himojan is spoken in the farming villages along the rivers of the [[Orinilure Valley]] and among the Himoja who live in Oinien cities. The names of the valley&#039;s rivers and of [[Lake Heshinum]] are Himojan, and are among the oldest names in Orinilure.<br /> |Phonology=Himojan is written without accented letters. The sound &#039;&#039;sh&#039;&#039; is common and often begins a word, as in &#039;&#039;Shebal&#039;&#039;.
