|Origin and Nature=The Tuzquão share the common ancestry of all humans, descending from the Yendea. Like the other human races, they trace their origin to the period following the Great Migration of the early Modern Era, though their settlement of Balúrail came roughly two centuries afterward.
|History=The Tuzquão first came to Balúrail around 201 ME, establishing themselves in the town of Saindo. From this initial foothold they expanded throughout Balúrail, a process that brought them into repeated conflict with the Mifajene, the native inhabitants of the region. The consolidation of Tuzquão settlement was marked by the founding of the capital city of Teher in 210 ME, nine years after their arrival.
|Biology and Physical Traits=The Tuzquão complexions tend to be cool-toned and pale. The face is typically broad and strong-featured. Eyes are most often light in color, ranging through pale blue, grey, and green. Hair tends to be light in coloring, is commonly straight or only lightly waved and fine in texture.

The Tuzquão tend to be taller than the average human. Males typically range from 5'9" to 6'0" in height, while females are slightly shorter, generally ranging from 5'6" to 5'10". Their builds, in both sexes, are generally sturdy and broad-shouldered.

The identities of its members are not publicly known, though they are thought to be prominent figures drawn from both the merchant and political classes. With the great war of erosion, Balúrail western lowlands were inundated with water. [[Yairan]]' plan to harden the earth backfired, creating a vast network of swamps and lakes that persist to this day. He made his home in this region and over time the [[Mifajene]], who also built their civilization here, lived peacefully for hundreds of years before the Tuzquão arrived in the year 200.

Tuzquão first arrived in what is now the town of [[Saindo]], located in southwestern Balúrail. From here, they rapidly expanded outwards, encompassing most of the Western Lowlands. In it, Tuzquão quickly adapted to the swamp-like conditions, learning to build on the uneven terrain. It is here they also began being influenced by the ascendant spirit of [[Mavai]], who has served as their main spiritual influence since then.

|Introduction=The '''League of Balúrail''' is a country in the realm of [[Balúrail]] on the continent of [[Méniail]]. It has a population of 1.5 million. Its largest city and its capital is [[Teher]]. Human settlement in Balúrail dates back to around the year 200 of the modern era.
|History=The League of Balúrail was founded by the [[Society of Truth]] in the year 289 and has controlled much of the territory of Balúrail since then.

The early days of the league were mostly conquest of the entire realm of Balúrail , with particular emphasis on subjugating the native [[Mifajene]] population.
|Goverment and Politics=The League is controlled by a secret society known as the Society of Truth. Membership in the society is secret and fiercely protected. Day-to-day governing falls on individual governors, mayors, and village councils, all appointed by the society. While local figures have a modicum of control over local issues, they are all required to obey any edicts from the Society.

The league contains the federal district of [[Teher]], four main states: [[Equincu]], [[Ivaié]], [[Gurverde]], and [[Gostíria]], as well as one territory, the [[Eimbuvère]], and one semi-sovereign region, the [[Mifajene Reservation]].

Located on the west central coast, Equincu is a region centered along the coast with the major port city of Equincu along with the naval base of Fort Rebe and the smaller port town of Prato. Equincu is also hime to numerous bogs and lakes including the large lakes of Tatubi and Gale.

===== Gurverde (State) =====
Located in east, the Gurverde are the most recently settled region of Balúrail. The city of Arremíria, nestled on the shore of Lake Arrerem and the Murkzakar range. The Gurverde are often mist covered and rainy and contain the sources for most of the rivers that feed the Balúrail lowlands.

===== State of Gostíria =====
Located in southern Balúrail, Gostíria contains the capital city of Teher along with numerous swamps and lakes. Bordered by the Roslan hills in the north and the Murzakar range in the east, Gostíria is a populous region with numerous ports scattered along the coast. The interior is sparely population.

===== State of Ivaié =====
Ivaié is a penisula located on southwestern Balúrail. It is the smallest and most densely populated region of Balúrail. It's capital is Ivaié. It is known for the home of [[Mavai]], numerous towns and villages and dense swamps.

===== Eimbuvère (Territory) =====
An unsettled region in the north east. Home to the remaining Mifajene villages that aren't located on the reservation. Most of the region is dense forests, large lakes and misty mountains.

===== Mifajene Reservation =====
The reservation is located in the northwestern corner of Balúrail. Home to the vast majority of Mifajene as well as the House of [[Tahami]].
